the spa centre was exceptional with its various body treatments and massages. the indoor swimming pool was a rare find and the steam room and sauna were just perfect. the lush garden area and sun terrace were a delightful escape. Our private room had exclusive amenities such as in-room breakfast and a spa lounge. the location was ideal, just a few blocks away from the Smithsonian Castle.

The restaurant menu was expensive even though the service was of the highest standard. we found the special diet menus to be a fantastic option.

We loved the comfortable and spacious room, the helpful staff, and the excellent location within walking distance to the main attractions. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the pool, and the convenience of having a CVS nearby for snacks.

Tbh, had the best stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Appreciated location and atmosphere, exceptionally comfortable beds, the venue itself was fairly clean. The bedrooms were great.

The lobby of the hotel was fine, it took my breath away. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated between two key attractions in the city. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a spa and gym available to use.

One thing that I didn't like about the hotel was the standard shower in the bathroom. I found that the rooms were not cleaned to the expected level for a 5-star hotel.

The bed was extremely comfy, so we had a good stay. Staff was immensely pleasant, pool area was nice, and breakfast was marvellous!

Its location at a short distance from Washington Monument was exceptional. There was a great restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door.

The room was fine with beautiful furnishings and a spacious layout. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the Mall, the Wharf, and the Smithsonian metro station just a short walk away.

there was no in-room coffee, we had to rely on room service or the cleaning staff for our morning caffeine fix.

The outstanding service provided by the staff, such as arranging for a flat tire to be fixed and providing free amenities, makes for a memorable stay. The breakfast buffet is also delicious. Aside from the rooms, the hotel also has a spa and shuttle service for guests.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the attractions and close to the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with soft colors and a pleasant aroma in the common areas. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, from the valet and bellman to the front desk and wait staff. The rooms were gorgeous, with well-appointed bathrooms and comfortable beds. The facilities, such as the fitness center and spa, were top-notch, offering a wide range of amenities and a true lap pool. the hotel provided a relaxing and luxurious experience.

The only downside was that there was no convenience shop on site.

I recently stayed at Salamander in DC for three days and had a wonderful experience. The in-room dining was excellent, with a large variety to choose from. The staff, including Ayala at the front desk, were friendly, professional, and very attentive. The corner room with a view was fantastic, and the double bedroom for the kids was great. The bell staff, especially Eugene Wilson, went above and beyond to help us, even fixing our flat tire before our long trip home. The room itself was super comfortable, with a beautiful and spacious bathroom. The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions, and taxis were readily available when needed.
